704 Supply Co. is built on over a decade of designing, sourcing, and selling apparel that people actually choose to buy. That experience is what we bring to every business order we take.
704 Shop started in Charlotte in 2013 with a simple idea:
Give people a way to wear their pride in the city.
What we didn’t expect was how much we’d learn about what makes apparel work. Over ten years of running a retail brand, we developed a sharp sense for fit, fabric, decoration quality, and the difference between gear people reach for and gear that sits in a drawer.
Along the way, businesses started asking us to apply that same thinking to their branded apparel. We’d been doing it informally for years. 704 Supply Co. is the formal home for that work, bringing the same standards we hold our retail products to into every B2B program we run.
We’re not a platform. We’re not a catalog.
We’re a team of people who care about apparel and have been doing this long enough to know what actually works.
These aren’t projections. They’re the result of years of managing programs that matter.
WHY RETAIL EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Most companies selling custom branded gear are technology platforms with a product catalog behind them. They’re built to process orders efficiently, and they do that well. What they’re not built to do is tell you which blank runs small, which decoration method holds up on a performance fabric, or why your logo needs to be scaled before it goes to print.
Because we’ve spent over a decade designing and sourcing apparel for consumers who had no obligation to buy it, every recommendation we make has had to earn its place. When we suggest a specific blank, it’s because we’ve worn it. When we say a design will embroider well, it’s because we’ve run it. That kind of judgment comes from experience, not a product database.
Rooted in Charlotte, NC
We collaborate with local print shops, embroidery partners, and creative talent across Charlotte whenever possible. It keeps quality high, communication easy, and the work close to home. We’ve grown alongside this city and we take that relationship seriously.
We choose blanks and decoration methods the same way we do for 704 Shop. If it’s not something we’d sell in our own store, we won’t recommend it to you.
