We Connect
The process starts with a conversation about what you need, when you need it, and what you’ve tried in the past. We’re not running through a script. We’re trying to understand your situation so we can give you useful recommendations rather than generic options.
We Curate & Design
Based on what we learn, we put together product recommendations that fit your use case, your team, and your budget. We handle the artwork setup and walk you through proofs before anything goes to production. If something isn’t going to work, we’d rather tell you upfront than let it become a problem after the fact.
We Manage Production
Once you sign off on the proof, we manage production with our network of trusted print and embroidery partners. Most bulk orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks after artwork approval, with rush options available. We keep you posted through production, and anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced at no cost.
We Deliver
Orders go out however works best for you. Single delivery to your office, split across multiple locations, individually to each employee’s address, or kitted and packaged before they ship. We sort out the logistics and send you tracking so you always know where things stand.

What order sizes do you handle?
Most of our bulk orders run from 100 to several thousand pieces, and the price per piece drops as quantity grows. For smaller or ongoing needs, a company store uses print on demand, with no order minimums.
How long does a bulk order take?
Typically 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval to delivery, with rush options available for many orders. Tell us your in-hands date when you ask for a quote, and we’ll confirm it before you approve anything.
How much do custom shirts cost in bulk?
A screen-printed t-shirt typically runs $8 to $12 per piece in basic blanks, $12 to $18 in retail-style blanks like Bella+Canvas, and $30 to $45 in premium brands like Nike, assuming one print location at a few hundred pieces. Embroidered polos typically run $22 to $32 in basic blanks and $60 to $95 in premium brands. Larger runs cost less per piece; more colors, locations and premium brands cost more.
Should we use screen printing or embroidery?
Screen printing suits t-shirts, hoodies and large or colorful designs, and gets more cost-effective as quantities grow. Embroidery suits polos, hats and outerwear, where a stitched logo looks more premium and holds up to heavy wear. Many programs use both.
Can you split shipping across locations?
Yes. We can ship the full order to one address, split it across your locations, or pack and ship it individually to each person.

Recent work includes Corporate Cup race shirts, podium hats and fundraiser tees for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, a 90th anniversary tee for the McCrorey YMCA, and a commemorative Daytona race tee for Ally. Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof showing placement, size and colors, and larger orders can get blank samples or a pre-production sample before the full run.
What file format do you need for our logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) works best. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can redraw it for production.
Do you ship outside Charlotte?
Yes. We ship bulk and per-person orders anywhere in the United States.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
We replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost.
