— What's included

Everything it takes to run a company store.

Setup

Your store, your brand

We pick the products with you and build a private store with your logo and colors. A standard store can be live in about 30 days.

Fulfillment

We warehouse it and ship it

Your gear is stored with our Charlotte fulfillment partner and ships straight to each employee, wherever they work. Stocked items ship in 1 to 2 business days, and print-on-demand items have no order minimums.

Ongoing

We run it for you

Restocks, new products, order support and regular check-ins, so no one on your team has to manage the store.

— Built for large organizations

Fits how your company already buys, approves and signs in.

We run stores on OrderMyGear, an enterprise company store platform with deep Coupa experience, and build integrations with our sister company, Cabin Consulting. If your IT team needs time, we launch the store first and connect the rest later.

Sign-in

One login for employees

Employees sign in with their work account through single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID, SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect). Approvers, admins and finance each get the right access.

Procurement

Built into your procurement

Employees shop from inside Coupa, and carts come back as requisitions, so approvals stay in your system. Budgets by person, department or cost center are enforced at checkout.

Reporting

Spend you can see

Allowances, points and gift codes, plus real-time sales, inventory and spend reports sent to you on a schedule.

— Quality & brand access

Retail experience, wholesale access.

Thirteen years of designing and selling retail apparel taught us what quality actually feels like. We bring that standard to every store, with brands and price points to fit any budget.

— How it works

From kickoff to a live store in four steps.

Plan the program

We start with who the store is for, how purchases are paid for (company-paid items, allowances or points, cost center billing, employee purchases, or a mix), which systems it has to connect to, and how often you want to refresh it.

Curate the catalog

We recommend a focused catalog across good, better and best tiers, handle the artwork, send samples, and proof every item before it goes live. You don’t need access to 20,000 products. You need the right 20.

Launch the store

We build your store on OrderMyGear, set up budgets, and work with your IT and procurement teams on sign-in and punchout. If those reviews will take a while, we launch a working store first and add the integrations later. Then we launch it like a retail drop, with photos of your own people, a limited-edition launch item, a first-order incentive or an on-site pop-up.

Ship and support

Employees order on their own schedule, and we pick, pack and ship to each address. You get real-time sales, inventory and spend reporting, monthly check-ins in the first year and quarterly business reviews. Requests are acknowledged the same business day and resolved within 2 to 3 business days.

What is a company store?

A company store is a private online shop where employees order branded apparel and gear with their own sizes and choices, and orders ship to their home or office. It replaces collecting sizes in a spreadsheet and shipping boxes by hand.

Stores can run on company-paid items, individual allowances or points, department or cost center billing, employee purchases, or a mix, with limits enforced at checkout. Allowances work especially well for remote and multi-location teams.

Print-on-demand items have no order minimums, so employees order just what they need, and they ship in 7 to 10 days. Core items we stock for fast shipping are produced in bulk runs, which have per-design minimums. Every store program is quoted up front based on the number of users, the catalog, inventory and integrations.

Yes. Orders ship individually to each employee’s home or to any of your locations, anywhere in the United States.

A standard store can be live in about 30 days from kickoff. Single sign-on and procurement punchout need time from your own IT and development teams, and at large companies that coordination can take a few months. Many organizations launch a working store first and add the integrations once their team is ready.

We do. Stocked items are stored with our Charlotte fulfillment partner, so you don’t need storage space or staff to pack orders.

Yes. Stores support single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID and other SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect providers, role-based access for approvers and admins, and punchout from Coupa, so carts return as requisitions and approvals stay in your procurement system.

Yes. Orders can be billed against purchase orders. If your finance team needs a separate PO and invoice for every individual employee order, tell us early. That adds a process outside the store, and we’ll build it into your proposal.

We replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost. Storefront and order status are available 24/7, and support runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
